Make a Referral

Who can refer:

Referrals to Movement Therapeutic Support Services can be made by Case Managers, Child Safety Officers, Foster & Kinship Carer Support Agencies, Residential Care Agencies, Schools, or other organisations supporting a child in out-of-home care, able to contract our services.

Referrals are not accepted directly from carers.  If you are a Foster or Kinship Carer seeking support for a child in your care, please speak with your supervising agency or case manager, who can submit a referral on your behalf.

To refer, download the referral form below, complete it, and email it to us at info@movementtherapeuticsupportservices.com

A response will be provided within 2-3 business days to discuss the child's needs and confirm next steps.
